Welcome to GobyMeds’ Customer Referral Program! We’re thrilled to offer you an exciting way to earn credits towards your future orders. By referring new customers to GobyMeds, you can earn $50 credits that can be applied to your next order with us. Here’s everything you need to know about how the program works, from earning to redeeming your credits.
How the Program Works
Get Your Personalized Referral Link
When you sign up for GobyMeds, in your Patient Portal, you will have access to the Customer Referral Program section.
If you would like to participate in the customer referral program, you must first read and accept our Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
Once accepted, you’ll receive a personalized referral link to our sign-up page.
This customer referral link is always available in the 'Customer Referrals' section of your Patient Portal
Referral Lifecycle
Lead: When a new customer signs up through your referral link and creates an account, they are marked as a referral 'Lead'.
Pending: Once the referred customer makes their first purchase but the order has not yet been fulfilled, the referral status changes to 'Pending'.
Disqualified: If the referred customer's order is cancelled, refunded, or unable to be completed for any reason, the referral is marked as 'Disqualified'.
Qualified: If the referred customer’s first order is completed and their medication has shipped, the referral is set to 'Qualified'.
Redeemed: When the referral credit is applied to an order, the referral status is marked as 'Redeemed'.
How to Earn Credits
Share your personalized referral link with friends and family.
When someone uses your link to sign up and make their first purchase, they’ll be marked as a 'Lead'.
As their order progresses, their status will change from 'Pending' to 'Qualified' once their medication ships.
To protect patient privacy, no personally identifying information can be displayed about any customer who uses your referral link.
Once their order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll earn a $50 credit.
How to Redeem Credits
No Cash Value: Credits can’t be exchanged for cash; they can only be redeemed for discounts on future GobyMeds orders.
Non-Transferable: You can’t transfer your credits to anyone else.
Applying Credits: Credits can be applied when you check in for your next order! During your check-in, you'll see your available credit value on the payment step, and can choose to apply some or all of your credit balance. If your balance is greater than the order total, you can apply up to the order amount, and the rest of your balance will roll over to the next month.
Checking Your Credits
You can check the status of your referral credits by logging into your GobyMeds account and navigating to the referral program section in your customer portal. This section will show you how many credits you’ve earned and the current status.
Best Practices for Sharing Your Goby Referral Link
To ensure a positive experience for everyone and to maximize your referral credits, please follow these best practices:
DO Send Your Referral Link to Personal Contacts
Share your referral link with friends, family, acquaintances, and anyone you think could benefit from GobyMeds.
DO Use Your Own Platforms
Feel free to share your referral link on your personal social media accounts, pages, websites, blogs, and other platforms you control. This ensures your link reaches people who trust your recommendations.
DO NOT Post Your Referral Link on Public Forums
Avoid posting your referral link on public forums in an attempt to gain credits en masse. Customers who abuse this rule will be disqualified from the referral program.
Understand Disqualification Risks
GobyMeds reserves the right to disqualify anyone from the referral program at any time for any reason. Ensure you follow the guidelines to avoid any issues.
