Appointment Reminder

To ensure you never miss a dose, we will send you an appointment reminder between 10 and 7 days before your last dose of medication. This reminder will prompt you to check in and provide the necessary information for your next month's prescription.

Easy Check-In Process

  1. Receive Reminder:

    • You will receive a reminder via text or email notifying you to check in for your upcoming appointment.

  2. Check-In:

    • Provide Information: During the check-in process, you'll be asked to provide some basic information about how your medications are working and how you are feeling.

    • Ask Questions: This is also the time to ask any questions you may have for the provider, request a higher dose, or change or request a different medication.

    • Verify Details: Ensure all your personal and medical information is correct.

  3. Review and Approval:

    • Provider Review: Your updated information will be sent to the provider for review. They will assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

    • Response Time: If you leave a note for the provider, be sure to check for any responses. Quick responses to any additional questions or requests for information will help expedite the process.

  4. Medication Delivery:

    • Send Updated Packet: Once you have checked in and the provider has reviewed your information, your updated packet will be sent off.

    • Receive Medications: Your next round of medications will be delivered directly to your door on your appointment date.

Communication and Alerts

We strive to keep you informed without overwhelming you with notifications:

  • Medical Chat Alerts: You will receive a few reminders and updates via the Medical Chat in your patient portal throughout the check-in process to ensure everything is on track. You will be notified of any new messages via the method chosen in your patient settings (set within the patient portal).

  • Dashboard Updates: Important updates will also be available in your patient dashboard.

Providing clear and accurate information during the check-in process helps ensure that your next round of medications is delivered without delay. Quick responses to any requests for additional information or clarifications from the provider will speed up the process and ensure you receive your medications on time.
