GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:
It is GobyMeds' policy to have orders fulfilled and shipped from our pharmacy partners as fast as they can be processed.
Once a prescription is received by one of our pharmacy parters, it is usually not possible to cancel the order, delay the order from shipping, or change the shipping address. If you submit a request to change any details of your order BEFORE the pharmacy has dispensed the medication and/or assigned a shipping label, we will make every effort to contact the pharmacy and accommodate the request, but we do not guarantee the ability to make any changes for orders that have reached this stage of fulfillment.
NOTE: There is a delay between the time the pharmacy has marked the order as shipped, and the time that GobyMeds receives the notification that the order is shipped. In some cases you may see in your patient portal that the order is still being fulfilled, although it has already shipped.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY:
GobyMeds is responsible for ensuring your Rx is filled at one of our partner pharmacies, and shipped with tracking, within a reasonable timeframe. All of our packages are shipped cold-packed and expedited via either FedEx or UPS.
If the tracking for your package indicates that it is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us for a resolution.
GobyMeds is not responsible for stolen packages that have been tracked as successfully delivered with proof of delivery. If your package is missing but was delivered with proof of delivery, we strongly urge that you contact the courier and check with neighbors to locate the missing package.
Refunds are not typically available for stolen packages.
To help prevent missing packages, especially for orders shipped to locations with a history of stolen packages or mis-delivered packages, we strongly recommend that each patient takes control of every order delivery using the tracking number provided, and the following tools available for the relevant courier:
Using these available tools, you may submit requests to the courier to reschedule the delivery for a time you will be home, or to securely hold the package for pickup at a nearby location.
GobyMeds, at its sole discretion, may consider a refund or reshipment for stolen packages on a case-by-case basis, upon submission of a completed police report made by the purchaser, documenting the theft at the address provided with dates that match the theft event.
