Casa Pharmacy 3-Month Starter Bundle Dosing Schedule (Tirzepatide)

For patients receiving the Casa Pharmacy 3-month tirzepatide starter bundle

Important: Always follow the prescription label included with your shipment if it differs from this article.

If you received a 3-month starter bundle from Casa Pharmacy, your shipment may include three different vial strengths.

Because the vial strength changes from month to month, it is very important to follow the units listed for that specific vial. Do not assume the same number of units should be used every month.

Before you inject

Please double-check your vial label before each injection.

  • Inject subcutaneously once weekly

  • Use the correct vial for the correct month

  • Measure your dose using the units on your syringe

  • If your vial or instructions look different from what is listed below, contact the care team before injecting

Your 3-month dosing schedule

  • Weeks 1-2: Inject 30 units once weekly

  • Weeks 3-4: Inject 60 units once weekly

Month 2

Vial Concentration: Casa Tirzepatide 7.5mg/0.5mL

Dose:

  • Weeks 5-8: Inject 40 units subcutaneously once weekly

Please read carefully

Your Casa starter bundle uses different vial strengths.

This means your unit dose changes depending on which vial you are using.

Do not:

  • use the same number of units for every vial

  • guess your dose based on vial appearance alone

  • continue the previous month’s units without checking the label

Contact us before injecting if:

  • your vial strength does not match the schedule listed above

  • your prescription label says something different

  • you are unsure which vial to use

  • you are unsure how many units to draw up
