Yes, GobyMeds medication orders include all necessary supplies for administering your treatment. Medications are supplied as multi-dose vials — GobyMeds does not offer pre-loaded pens. Your pharmacy partner provides everything you need to draw and inject the medication yourself. This includes:
Syringes and needles: Enough syringes are provided to cover the entire prescribed treatment duration
Alcohol wipes: These are included to ensure sanitary preparation for injections.
Medication: The medication is included after our prescriber approves your prescription
Shipping and fulfillment: Orders are shipped free and fulfilled by a trusted pharmacy partner.
Note: GobyMeds does not offer injection pens. All GLP-1 medications are dispensed as vials, and patients draw the medication from the vial into the syringe themselves before injecting.
What should I do if syringes are missing from my order?
First, double-check your packaging. Syringes are usually packaged separately from the medication and may slide underneath ice packs or other packing materials during transit.

In most states, syringes can be purchased at major pharmacies or online retailers without a prescription. When purchasing, always ensure you purchase U-100 insulin syringes, where 1 unit = 0.01 mL. A common specification for needle gauge and length is 31G x 5/16" and the typical barrel size is 1 mL. We also recommend bringing a copy of your prescription with you in case it is requested.
Since syringes should have been included with your order, please contact Customer Support if they're missing so we can provide account credit to help offset the cost of purchasing replacements.
