💨 How to Take Your NAD+ Nasal Spray

Your Compounded NAD+ Nasal Spray from GobyMeds is designed to support energy, focus, and cellular health through convenient at-home use. Follow the steps below to get the best results from your treatment.

🩺 Before You Begin

  • Wash your hands thoroughly.

  • Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages.

  • Ensure your spray is at room temperature before using it (remove it from the refrigerator a few minutes before dosing).

  • If it’s your first use, prime the spray pump by pressing it a few times until a fine mist appears.

💧 How to Use

  1. Shake the bottle gently.

  2. Tilt your head slightly forward.

  3. Insert the nozzle just inside one nostril while closing the other with a finger.

  4. Press the pump once and inhale gently through your nose.

  5. Repeat in the other nostril if instructed by your provider.

  6. Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap tightly.

Follow your GobyMeds provider’s prescribed dose and frequency—typically once or twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended amount.

🧊 Storage Instructions

  • Refrigerate your NAD+ nasal spray when not in use. Store it between 36°F and 46°F (2°C and 8°C) to maintain potency and stability.

  • Before each use, remove the bottle and let it reach room temperature for comfort and consistency.

  • Always store the bottle upright with the cap secured.

⚠️ Tips & Precautions

  • Avoid blowing your nose or sneezing for at least 2–3 minutes after use.

  • Do not share your nasal spray with others.

  • If you experience irritation, dizziness, or nasal dryness, pause use and contact your provider.

🧬 What to Expect

Most patients notice improved energy, focus, and mood within several days of consistent use. Effects may vary based on dosage and individual health factors.
